These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Bisify Technologies (“Bisify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a digital marketing company. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services:

Bisify Technologies offers digital marketing services including but not limited to social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), content marketing, and website design.

The specific services provided will be outlined in the agreement between Bisify Technologies and the client.

2. Client Obligations:

The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services by Bisify Technologies.

The client is responsible for adhering to any deadlines or requirements specified by Bisify Technologies.

The client agrees to promptly respond to communications and requests for information from Bisify Technologies.

3. Fees and Payments:

Fees for services provided by Bisify Technologies will be outlined in the agreement between Bisify Technologies and the client.

Payment terms will be specified in the agreement. Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights associated with services provided by Bisify Technologies, including but not limited to designs, content, and strategies, remain the property of Bisify Technologies unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

The client agrees not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on materials provided by Bisify Technologies without prior written consent.

5. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.

Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without the express consent of the disclosing party.

6. Limitation of Liability:

Bisify Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the services provided.

In no event shall the total liability of Bisify Technologies exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

7. Termination:

Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material provision of these Terms and fails to remedy such breach within a reasonable period.

Upon termination, the client remains responsible for any outstanding fees or expenses incurred up to the termination date.

8. Amendments:

Bisify Technologies reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the client to review these Terms periodically for changes.

Continued use of our services after any modifications to the Terms shall constitute acceptance of such modifications.

9. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhubaneswar.
